Tolu Adeleye

Tolu Adeleye, President of Board, Secretary and Volunteer Executive Director
Tolu Adeleye is currently the volunteer (unpaid) Executive Director of AJTAI and a member of the
Board of Directors. He currently contributes approximately 30 hours per month to launching AJTAI.
Once sufficient funds have been raised for the organization, he is expected to take a full-time, paid
position as Executive Director of AJTAI. Mr. Adeleye is a certified public accountant (CPA) [status:
inactive], with professional background in management consulting, investment banking and taxation.
He’s an avid tennis player and volunteers his times for various causes in his community, including
working with at-risk youths and serving on the foundation board of a local technical college, in
Minnesota. Mr. Adeleye is deeply passionate about effecting positive change in the lives of young
people around the world, and he believes tennis is a pivotal vehicle for accomplishing this. Mr.
Adeleye earned a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Massachusetts Institute
of Technology’s Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the
University of Baltimore.
Justin Jennings
Director and Chief Operating Officer
Justin Jennings is an unpaid member of the Board of Directors and currently serves as Chief
Operating Officer of AJTAI. He currently contributes approximately 15 hours per month to launching
AJTAI. He will assume the full time role of Chief Operating Officer, once sufficient funds have been
raised for the organization. Mr. Jennings is a former tennis and rugby professional, who has spent
the last two decades dedicating his life to developing the next generation of tennis players across
three continents. He’s currently employed at Life Time Fitness Athletic Club, as the assistant tennis
department head, where he works with top junior tennis players across the nation, partnering with
the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Northern Junior Player Identification Committee and
Regional Training Centers. Mr. Jennings is certified by the USTA and has received advanced training
in sport medicine, biomechanics and physiology / nutrition. He sits on the USTA Northern section
talent identification / coaches commission committee. Mr. Jennings is a high performance tennis
coach, who is also well versed with developing and running tennis academies, and designing and
implementing the appropriate programs. Mr. Jennings is the 2015 recipient of the USTA Northern
Frank Voigt Pro of the Year Award – this award is given to tennis teaching professionals who
demonstrate strong leadership both on and off the tennis court.
Christina Gonzaga
Director
Christina Gonzaga is an unpaid member of the Board of Directors. Dr. Gonzaga provides AJTAI with
organizational and community relations strategy. She contributes approximately 5 hours per month
to AJTAI. Dr. Gonzaga is a physician specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation with an
emphasis on interventional spine and pain management at Park Nicollet Health Partners in
Minnesota. She’s an avid tennis player and is deeply passionate about leveraging sports to improve
youths’ lives. Dr. Gonzaga earned a doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Western University of
Health Sciences; obtained a pain fellowship with the Thomas Jefferson University; and holds Bachelor
of Arts degree from Loyola University in Chicago, IL.
Jeff Milkie
Director
Jeff Milkie is an unpaid member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Milkie provides AJTAI direction on
organizational, financial and fundraising strategies. He contributes approximately 5 hours per month
to AJTAI. A former college basketball athlete, Mr. Milkie is a sports and fitness enthusiast. Mr. Milkie
is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) [status: inactive] and leads the investment banking practice of
WCF Advisors in Minnesota. He has a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University
of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree
in accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.

Seema Gupta
Director
Seema Gupta is an unpaid member of the Board of Directors. Ms. Gupta provides AJTAI with organizational and marketing strategy. Ms. Gupta is a Marketer for a medical device manufacturer, with a professional background with management consulting, 2 start-up companies, e-Learning, and numerous international launches. She is (insert what Tolu wrote about my tennis abilities/interests). Ms. Gupta has a long history of community service and philanthropy as she is currently the Co-Chair of the Philanthropy group and former Chair of Society of Women Engineers for her employer, a Fortune 500 company. She earned a Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Jim Lutz
Licensed Architect
Jim Lutz is an unpaid advisor to the Board of Directors. Mr. Lutz is an architectural educator and consults with AJTAI on matters relating to facility design and planning
Manel Selmi
Advisor
Manel Selmi is an unpaid adviser to the board. Ms Manel was born in Tunisia and is a pharmacist by training. She mainly joined the organization because of her passion for Africa and developing children’s soft skills. She leverages her professional and cultural background to provide guidance and counsel to the board.
